Wrath – A ‘Message in a Bottle’ Monologue
My latest monologue was performed on 22nd February at the Theatre Deli in Sheffield. It was part of an event presented by Message in a Bottle Monologues, entitled ‘Seven Deadly Sins’. The evening was made up of seven monologues, each focusing on one of the following: pride, greed, wrath, gluttony, envy, lust or sloth. My monologue ‘Wrath’ was performed by Joe Zalias. He brings the audience in instantly, helped by the fact Bailey’s monologue is addressed directly to the audience in the room. Bailey’s idea of putting a man with anger issues at the front of an anger management workshop is inspired and works brilliantly . . . “
