Bailey & Burns Are Back!

It’s been three long years since my long-time collaborator and colleague, Gil Burns, and I have actually been in the same room as each other, but it was worth the wait. What a wonderful weekend of creativity we’ve just shared!

During the latter days of lock-down, the two of us began work on an exciting new writing project. We’ve written many scripts together before for youth theatre productions but never attempted anything else so, when the pandemic hit, we decided to stretch our wings and take flight into the world of fantasy novel writing. It’s all very much in its early stages and, this weekend, the direction we were going in took a bit of a U-turn but we have a plot and an array of interesting characters to bring to life, so we’re ready to take off.

Working title: Adventures in Cryptozoology.
